Gallium Medical Research Group's aim is to synergize collaboration by bringing together medical scientists, clinicians and health professionals, including cancer advocates (cancer survivors, their families and friends), to share and discuss research findings so as to inform and progress the potential effectiveness of new Gallium complexes as a novel treatment for cancer.

Core Members

Dr Lawrence R. Bernstein, PhD

A former Harvard and Stanford research scientist and consultant specializing in Gallium medical application.

Dr Roy C.P. Lim, PhD

Computer Scientist in Spatial Finance, with strong experience formulating solutions for special-interest groups.

Tom Park, M.Stat

Medical Statistician and Bioinformatics Engineer, with more than a decade experience working with researchers and healthcare professionals.

Dr Jeremy D. Henson, MBBS, PhD

Principal and head of the Cancer Cell Immortality group in the Adult Cancer Program, Prince of Wales Clinical School, UNSW Medicine, focused in developing novel cancer therapeutics and diagnostics.

Associate Professor Alice Lee

Leads an active research program at UNSW School of Chemical Engineering, in immunodiagnostics, allergies and food chemistry, with the aim of better understanding molecular allergology for the development of new immunotherapies.
